Have Your Say in an Exciting Rebrand for Berwick

Renowned Designer, Wayne Hemingway begins a new place-branding project in Berwick

Help our town reach its potential by sharing your views on how Berwick should be promoted as an attractive place to live in, work or visit by contributing to the Berwick-upon-Tweed Perceptions Survey. The deadline is next Friday 1st March.

The project forms part of the Welcome Visitor Project and is funded thanks to a £304,000 grant from the Government’s Coastal Communities Fund. The project aims to establish the town as a visitor destination, increase visitor footfall, encourage extended visitor stay and extend the current visitor season.

Berwick is hugely underrated both as a tourist destination and a regional hotbed of culture. We firmly believe that it deserves a place in the public consciousness as one of the great British coastal destinations
Wayne Hemingway Design

Over the past two decades, Hemingway Design have helped deliver a number of high profile projects in the North East, including The Staithes housing project, and The Festival of Thrift at Redcar.

I am the target text.

BFMAF was part of a group of invited delegates from the business and tourism sectors of Berwick who attended a discussion and walk around the town given by Hemingway and his team in early February.
